On the Holidays we like to make cookies or cupcakes, something to go with the holiday. Here is Minnie and I making some Gluten Free cupcakes for Saint Patty Day. We put Green icing on them, but my battery died before I was able to get pics of the finished project, and of course now they are all gone. =) Betty Crocker makes a great Gluten Free yellow cake mix.
I taught her to crack eggs, and she did very well, no shell in the batter.
